A JOIE DE VIVRE INSPIRED EXPERIENCE
2020 presented some unique obstacles for Lancôme Learning. Beauty advisors were tasked with driving sales without being able to be in their usual environments. However, it’s created an opportunity to revamp how we connect with our STE’s and beauty advisors. Although nothing will replace in-person events and that true IRL experience, we learned that we can quickly pivot and still engage at a high rate. We are proud of the work we created together and are looking forward to utilizing the platform in many ways in the future.
Goals:
